Come to dive into the ancient art of pasta-making,
learning how to create fresh, hand-rolled dough using techniques passed down through generations.
There's something profoundly grounding about shaping pasta by hand — a meditative process that connects body and mind,

The cooking class last around 3 hours, in a charming, authentic restaurant, where tradition, flavour,
and connection come together around the table.
You will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta, just like the Italian donnas have done for generation.
We will prepare a seasonal bruschetta, using local ingredients that celebrate Tuscany's sun and simplicity,
and finish with the all-time favourite dessert: the irresistible tiramisu.
As we cook, you will enjoy local Prosecco and wines, stories, laughters and the joy of sharing together.
